Terms and Conditions

• Service Provider: Dynochiptuningfile / Portalchiptuningfile.
• Dealer: the business user (tuner, garage or workshop) submitting files via the portal.
• Credits: pre-purchased balance used to pay for tuning requests.
• Original file: the file read from the ECU and uploaded by the dealer.
• Tuned file: the file processed by the Service Provider and delivered to the dealer.

• Our services are intended solely for professional dealers and not for consumers.
• The dealer is responsible for correctly reading the ECU and for the accuracy of vehicle and file data.
• Files may only be used for the vehicle + ECU combination they were requested for.

• Tuning requests are paid for with credits that are purchased in advance.
• Credits are added immediately upon successful payment and cannot be exchanged for money.
• If a request is rejected or withdrawn, credits may be refunded at the admin's reasonable discretion.
• Prices may be adjusted; previously purchased credits keep their value.

• We aim for fast handling during office hours but do not guarantee a fixed turnaround time.
• The dealer must verify the tuned file before writing it to a vehicle.

• The dealer is and remains fully responsible for writing files to a vehicle and for the consequences thereof.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of credits paid for the relevant order.
• We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to vehicles, ECUs or peripheral equipment, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
• Tuning may affect fuel consumption, emissions, insurance and type approval; the dealer informs the end customer accordingly.

• The tuned file is delivered for single use on the specified vehicle.
• Reselling, redistributing or publishing delivered files without written consent is not permitted.

• The dealer is responsible for their login credentials and all activity under their account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, non-payment or breach of these terms.
• Inactive accounts with no credit balance may be automatically deleted after 20 days.

• Our service is business-to-business and consists of digital content delivered immediately upon request; a statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

• Our privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data.

• These terms are governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page; in case of material changes we will inform you by e-mail or via your dashboard.
